Heading home July 2012
Finally, after getting a new Professional Skipper to take Heather, Skipper David & me north from San Rafael, CA under the Golden Gate and up north, we are ready to leave.
Date: July 16, 2012...broke a bolt on the tiller auto pilot, but repaired it at the dock, fueled up and left early afternoon.
I knew we had a head wind the entire way, but it looked like a small break a few miles north. Currently we had a 22Knot head wind...but the motor ran fine. MD2030 Volvo Penta
